Notice: Annual General Meeting

NOTICE OF 2020 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

Saturday, October 24 at 10:00 am

Members, Friends, and Supporters of the BC Heritage Fairs Society … 

Please be advised that our 2020 Annual General Meeting will take place online (via Zoom) at 10:00 am on Saturday, October 24.

Memberships ($15 for individuals / $10 for students / $35 for organizations) may be purchased online prior to the meeting and will enable members to take part in and vote at the meeting:  www.bcheritagefairs.ca/membership 

Memberships may also be purchased in advance by mailing the attached membership form.

A participation link will be emailed to you prior to the meeting.
